Back to the Basics.

Sometimes, less is more.
Often times, real estate agents spend their careers chasing the next big thing. Constantly looking for the next sale, the higher priced listings, the latest Client Management or Transaction Systems, or the latest piece of tech. In that chase, it's easy to get so hyper-focused on the next whatever that you forget about what actually matters. When you become a marketing-centered zombie and obsess over social media perception, you miss out on truly helping others.
Stephanie founded Home Sweet Home Real Estate to get back to the basics. She wanted to focus on the clients, not on chasing trends, and attract like-minded agents to join her. So, at Home Sweet Home, here's what you can expect from us:
We're Clientcentric. Our clients are like family to us. We're here to facilitate your buying, selling, and investing journeys. But, more importantly, we're here to help you confidently understand the extensive process and minimize the stress of one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. We prioritize you; you aren't a sale or a number. You're not going to never hear from us again after your closing. We're here to help.
We've got the essentials covered and are also minimizing distractions. Experience? Over a decade. Tech? We have everything needed to keep meticulous records and offer the convenience of e-signatures. Professional photos on listings or virtual tours? Of course. A million different programs to robo-call and leave people automatic voicemails? That's going to be a no from us, dawg.
We're balanced. Will we answer your late call or sit down personally with you, to make sure you feel good about what you are deciding/signing? Yep. Will we let you know if we have family or personal commitments and are unavailable? Also yes. We are people too, not house selling machines. While you may find us taking a family day to decorate a tree and hang stockings on the mantle, after Thanksgiving, you'll never feel like we aren't working diligently to help you achieve your real estate goals. We foster a culture of work-life balance and understand that equilibrium prevents agent burn out.
Lastly (saved the best for last), ethics. Did you know that all Realtors must adhere to the Code of Ethics? It's a lengthy read, but we center all of our practices around that code. It's no secret that real estate professionals are often regarded as salesy sharks. As real estate professionals, this is absolutely mortifying to us because, at Home Sweet Home, that is not who we are. So, we promise, to always practice ethical real estate, treat our clients with respect and kindness, and never lose track of the joy of helping someone find their home.
Home Sweet Home is kicking it back to the basics. It's an awesome new firm, helping clients in Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Guilford, and Rowan Counties. More than that, though, it's an amazing opportunity for us to practice real estate somewhere that we can be proud of. It's the opportunity for us to help our clients make their dreams of home-ownership come true.
